Which NFL team has played at Levi's Stadium since 2014?

The San Francisco 49ers have played at Levi's Stadium since 2014.

Levi's Stadium is the NFL home of the San Francisco 49ers. The stadium opened in Santa Clara, California, on July 17, 2014, replacing Candlestick Park as the team's home venue. It sits roughly 40 miles south of San Francisco, near San Jose in Silicon Valley.

The 49ers played their first regular-season game there on September 14, 2014, against the Chicago Bears. Chicago won 28–20 in front of 70,799 spectators, so the venue's first regular-season 49ers game was not a home victory. The stadium's first event was a soccer match featuring the San Jose Earthquakes and Seattle Sounders FC.

The name comes from Levi Strauss & Co., which purchased the stadium's naming rights in 2013. That corporate connection can cause confusion: Levi's Stadium is in Santa Clara, not San Francisco, but it remains the 49ers' home field. It also hosted Super Bowl 50 in 2016.
