Which LMG was introduced in Season 10?
Answer
Rampage
Answer
Rampage
The LMG introduced in Season 10 was the Rampage.
The Rampage LMG debuted in Apex Legends Season 10, titled Emergence, which began on August 3, 2021. It was added alongside Seer, a new Recon Legend, and a major update to World’s Edge. The Rampage uses Heavy ammo and was designed as a slower-firing light machine gun that rewards deliberate, sustained fire.
Its signature feature was the ability to charge the weapon with a Thermite Grenade. When charged, the Rampage gained a faster rate of fire for a limited period, giving it more pressure in close and medium-range fights. This mechanic helped distinguish it from the older Devotion, L-STAR, and Spitfire LMGs.
The season name can create confusion because “Emergence” was also associated with map changes, Arenas updates, and a new Legend. The weapon itself was specifically the Rampage LMG. The L-STAR, Devotion, and Spitfire were already established weapons rather than Season 10 introductions.
Like many Apex weapons, the Rampage’s availability and balance have changed across later seasons, but its Season 10 debut remains a fixed part of the game’s release history.
