Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock was the Guitar Hero game released in 2010 for the Nintendo Wii. Developed primarily by Neversoft and published by Activision, it launched in September 2010 for Wii, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.

Warriors of Rock is the sixth main Guitar Hero game and the eleventh overall entry in the series. Its major campaign feature was Quest Mode, which gave the game a fantasy-style story about a group of rock heroes trying to defeat the Beast. Completing challenges unlocked special warrior powers that changed how players earned stars.

The Wii edition added features designed around Nintendo's hardware ecosystem. It supported the series' instrument controllers and expanded the Roadie mode, allowing up to four Nintendo DS systems to connect wirelessly and assist players.
