Which episode did Stephanie Beatriz direct?

Stephanie Beatriz directed the Brooklyn Nine-Nine episode “He Said, She Said.” The season 6 episode marked her directorial debut and made her the first cast member to direct an episode of the series.

Beatriz played Detective Rosa Diaz throughout the show, so directing required her to move from performing in front of the camera to coordinating the entire production. She said she asked series creators Dan Goor and David Miner for the opportunity after NBC ordered five additional episodes for season 6. The episode’s serious subject matter also made the assignment especially important: Jake and Amy investigate an alleged sexual assault involving a workplace executive.
