Which dwarf is known for being perpetually grumpy?
Answer
Grumpy
Answer
Grumpy
The dwarf known for being perpetually grumpy is Grumpy.
Grumpy is one of the seven dwarfs in Disney’s 1937 animated film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. He is characterized by his frown, complaints, stubbornness, and suspicion of Snow White when she first arrives at the cottage. Pinto Colvig provided his voice and also voiced Sleepy.
Although Grumpy initially objects to letting Snow White stay, his apparent hostility gradually gives way to concern and affection. He helps protect her from danger and becomes especially emotional after the Queen tricks her with the poisoned apple. His actions show that his name describes his outward temperament rather than a lack of loyalty.
The other options correspond to different personalities: Sleepy is drowsy, Dopey is childlike and largely communicates through pantomime, and Sneezy suffers from persistent sneezing. Together with Doc, Happy, and Bashful, they form the film’s famous group of seven individually defined characters.
