Which Dragon's Den investor was known for founding Red Letter Days?

The story behind the answer

Rachel Elnaugh was known for founding Red Letter Days before appearing as a Dragon on Dragon's Den.

Red Letter Days sold experience gifts, such as leisure and entertainment activities presented as vouchers. Elnaugh built the company into a prominent British gift business and used that entrepreneurial experience when she joined the original Dragon's Den panel.

Elnaugh was one of five Dragons in the programme's first British series in 2005. Her time on the panel was relatively early in the show's history, before later investors such as Deborah Meaden became more strongly associated with the programme.

The business is sometimes confused with other experience-gift companies or with the Dragons' own investment portfolios. Red Letter Days is specifically linked to Elnaugh's entrepreneurial career and is the clue that identifies her among the original Dragons.
