Which country gave Taylor Swift’s “august” its highest 2022 chart position?

The Philippines gave Taylor Swift’s “august” its highest listed 2022 chart position, reaching number seven.

The song experienced renewed attention after its original 2020 release, especially during August. In 2022, its seasonal resurgence helped it appear on additional national charts, including those of the Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

This later performance should not be confused with the song’s original chart peaks. Upon release, “august” reached number 11 in Malaysia, number 12 in Singapore, number 13 in Australia, and number 16 in Canada. The Philippines’ number-seven result came during the later August-related revival.
