The 2026 Cincinnati Open men’s doubles champions represented Brazil.
Orlando Luz and Rafael Matos formed the winning team, making Brazil the country associated with the men’s doubles champions. They defeated Constantin Frantzen of Germany and Robin Haase of the Netherlands in the final.
This was a national pairing rather than a mixed-country champion team: both Luz and Matos are Brazilian players. Their opponents, by contrast, came from two different countries, Germany and the Netherlands.
The men’s doubles final used a match tiebreak to decide the championship after the teams split the first two sets. Luz and Matos won that deciding tiebreak 10–7, completing the Brazilian victory on the tournament’s final day.
