Which company's CEO is Satya Nadella?

Satya Nadella is the CEO of Microsoft.

Nadella joined Microsoft in 1992 after working at Sun Microsystems. Before becoming chief executive, he led the company’s Server and Tools Business and helped expand its cloud-computing infrastructure, including Azure.

Microsoft’s board named Nadella CEO on February 4, 2014, succeeding Steve Ballmer. He became the company’s third chief executive, after Bill Gates and Ballmer, and later added the role of board chairman in 2021.

A common mix-up is confusing Nadella with Microsoft founder Bill Gates or former CEO Steve Ballmer. Nadella is also associated with Microsoft’s shift toward cloud services, cross-platform partnerships, and a corporate culture centered on a “growth mindset.”
