The one-dollar coin features the Presidential Seal on its reverse in the 2026 United States Semiquincentennial program.
The reverse shows the Presidential Seal, including the eagle, shield, olive branch, arrows, and the motto “E pluribus unum.” The design also includes anniversary-related inscriptions for the 1776–2026 period.
This dollar is part of the special circulating coinage issued for the United States’ 250th anniversary. Its obverse features a presidential portrait and the inscriptions “Liberty” and “In God We Trust.”
The coin should not be confused with a commemorative medal or a quarter. It is a one-dollar coin authorized for the anniversary program, although collectors may encounter it in rolls, bags, or other Mint products rather than ordinary pocket change.
