Which character is Clarabelle Cow’s longtime boyfriend in Disney cartoons and comics?

Clarabelle Cow’s longtime boyfriend in Disney cartoons and comics is Horace Horsecollar.

Horace is an anthropomorphic horse who appeared alongside Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Clarabelle, and other early Disney characters. He was introduced during Disney’s first major period of cartoon development and became part of the supporting cast surrounding Mickey’s world.

Clarabelle and Horace are often treated as a couple, although their relationship is not the central subject of most Disney stories. Clarabelle herself is a cow character who has appeared in theatrical cartoons, comic books, television programs, and merchandise.

Horace is sometimes confused with other Disney animal characters because he has had fewer prominent modern starring roles than Mickey, Donald, or Goofy. His long association with Clarabelle, however, is a consistent part of Disney character history.
