William S. Burroughs authored The Nova Trilogy.

The trilogy consists of The Soft Machine, The Ticket That Exploded, and Nova Express. These novels use fragmented narratives, recurring characters, surreal transformations, and cut-up techniques to explore control, language, addiction, and social conditioning.

Burroughs developed the trilogy during the 1960s, after experimenting with methods that disrupted conventional storytelling.
