Answer
AC/DC
Answer
AC/DC
AC/DC recorded the album Back in Black.
Released in 1980, Back in Black is AC/DC’s seventh studio album and one of the best-selling records in music history. It was the band’s first album with vocalist Brian Johnson, who joined after the death of original singer Bon Scott in February 1980.
The album was recorded at Compass Point Studios in Nassau, Bahamas, from April to May 1980. Producer Robert John “Mutt” Lange, who had also produced Highway to Hell, helped shape its tight, powerful sound. The black cover was designed as a tribute to Scott and a sign of mourning.
The album is sometimes confused with the title song, “Back in Black,” but both belong to AC/DC. The record includes “Hells Bells,” “Shoot to Thrill,” “You Shook Me All Night Long,” and the title track. Its success established AC/DC as one of the world’s leading hard-rock bands.
