Which American gymnast won four gold medals at the 2016 Summer Olympics?

Simone Biles won four gold medals for the United States at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. She won the team all-around, individual all-around, vault, and floor exercise titles, then added a bronze medal on balance beam for five medals overall.

At 19, Biles was the breakout star of the Rio Games. Her individual all-around victory made her the first American woman to win that Olympic title since 2004, and her floor-exercise gold was her fourth of the Games.
