Where did the 1945 World Zionist Conference call for Jewish state?

The 1945 World Zionist Conference called for a Jewish state in Palestine. The conference met in London in August 1945, shortly after the end of World War II in Europe, when the devastation of the Holocaust intensified demands for a Jewish national home and refuge.

Its program called for the establishment of a Jewish state in Palestine and pressed for the admission of Jewish refugees and survivors. At the time, Palestine was governed under the British Mandate, and the territory's future was the subject of intense international and local conflict.

The conference did not itself create the State of Israel.
