Where did Apollo 11 first land on the Moon?

The story behind the answer

Apollo 11 first landed on the Moon in the Sea of Tranquility.

The lunar module Eagle touched down on 20 July 1969 in a region called Mare Tranquillitatis, usually translated as the Sea of Tranquility. Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin descended to the surface, while Michael Collins remained in lunar orbit in the command module Columbia.

Armstrong became the first person to step onto the Moon, followed shortly by Aldrin. The landing was part of NASA's Apollo 11 mission, launched from Florida on 16 July 1969. The astronauts returned to Earth on 24 July after collecting lunar samples and conducting experiments.
