What zombie throws imps?

The zombie that throws imps is Gargantuar. In the original Plants vs. Zombies, this giant zombie launches an Imp deep into the plant defenses after taking substantial damage, creating a second threat behind the front line.

Gargantuar is one of the toughest standard zombies in the game. It can crush plants instantly and absorbs roughly 3,000 damage before being defeated. Once it has lost about half its health, it throws its Imp, which lands farther forward than ordinary zombies and can begin attacking vulnerable plants immediately.

The Pole Vaulting Zombie can leap over the first plant it encounters, but it does not throw another zombie. Buckethead and Conehead zombies merely use protective headgear and have no summoning attack. The Gargantuar’s throwing animation is easy to miss during a hectic wave, and the launched Imp may look like a separate spawn, but it is a special ability of the Gargantuar. Giga-gargantuars also use a similar Imp-throwing mechanic in relevant modes.
