Tickets for America’s Block Party at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum cost $17.76.
The price deliberately referenced 1776, the year associated with the Declaration of Independence and the historical starting point for America250. Proceeds from the event were donated to Feeding America, linking the celebration to a national hunger-relief organization.
The Los Angeles event was part of America250’s block-party concert series. It was hosted by Queen Latifah and featured performers including Chris Stapleton, The Smashing Pumpkins, Anthony Ramos, Maren Morris, and Chaka Khan.
The price is easy to confuse with the anniversary number, 250, or the 2026 celebration year. Its digits instead point backward to the founding-era year 1776, making it a commemorative price rather than a simple round-number admission fee.
