Coco Gauff defeated Jessica Pegula 6–2, 6–4 in the 2026 Cincinnati Open women’s final.
The all-American final was held on August 23, 2026, at the Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason, Ohio. Gauff controlled the opening set by taking it 6–2 and then maintained her advantage in the second.
Pegula was the No. 3 seed, while Gauff was the No. 4 seed. Their meeting was notable because both finalists came from the United States, creating the tournament’s first all-American women’s final since 1970.
The victory was Gauff’s second Cincinnati singles title. She had previously won the tournament in 2023, when she defeated Karolína Muchová in the final.
