What was the name of the planet where the Organians lived?

The story behind the answer

The planet where the Organians lived was Organia. In the Original Series episode “Errand of Mercy,” the Federation sends the USS Enterprise to Organia because its position near the Klingon border makes it strategically important. Kirk and Spock initially believe the inhabitants are technologically primitive and may need help resisting Klingon occupation.

The Organians appear peaceful, passive, and uninterested in warfare, but this behavior hides their extraordinary nature. They are actually highly advanced, incorporeal beings who have evolved beyond ordinary physical bodies. When the Federation and Klingon fleets prepare to fight, the Organians render the weapons of both sides unusable and impose a peace agreement.

Organia is therefore more than simply a setting: it becomes the origin of the Organian Peace Treaty and the temporary neutral zone between the Federation and Klingon Empire. Readers often confuse Organia with Vulcan or Andoria, but those are separate worlds associated with different species and histories.
