What title does Sarah Kerrigan assume after becoming the leader of the Zerg in StarCraft?

Sarah Kerrigan assumes the title Queen of Blades after becoming the leader of the Zerg.

Kerrigan begins StarCraft as a Terran Ghost and a trusted operative of the Confederacy. She is betrayed and abandoned on the planet Tarsonis by Arcturus Mengsk, then captured and transformed by the Zerg. The transformation gives her immense power while making her central to the Zerg's campaigns across the sector.

The title is not the same as Overmind, which identifies the supreme Zerg intelligence in the original game. Kerrigan becomes an independent and highly influential Zerg leader after the Overmind's defeat. Her story continues through Brood War and the StarCraft II trilogy, where her human identity and Zerg nature remain major themes.
