What is the title of Kanye West's 2021 album?

The title of Kanye West’s 2021 album is Donda.

Donda is West’s tenth studio album, released on August 29, 2021, through GOOD Music and Def Jam Recordings. It is named after his mother, Donda West, who died in 2007. The album explores faith, family, grief, and West’s relationship with Christianity.

The album followed Jesus Is King (2019) and became known for its elaborate rollout. West held multiple stadium listening events, including performances at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium, while continuing to revise the music before release. The album’s stark black-square cover also became a recognizable part of its identity.

Donda is sometimes confused with Donda 2, an unfinished follow-up that initially appeared on the Stem Player in 2022. The original Donda was a completed major-label release and became West’s tenth consecutive album to debut at number one on the Billboard 200.
