What is the name of the secret agent who helps Mater in Pixar’s Cars 2?

Finn McMissile is the secret agent who helps Mater in Pixar’s Cars 2.

Finn is a British spy voiced in English by Michael Caine. He first encounters Mater while investigating a conspiracy connected to the World Grand Prix and the film’s alternative-fuel storyline. Although Mater is mistaken for an undercover operative, Finn eventually works with him to uncover the threat.

The character is designed as a classic espionage-car parody, with gadgets, disguises, and a sophisticated British manner. His name combines the idea of a fin with “McMissile,” signaling both his automotive form and his spy role.

Holley Shiftwell, voiced by Emily Mortimer, is another British intelligence agent in the film and is Mater’s partner for much of the mission. Rod Redline is an American agent whose early investigation helps start the plot, while Miles Axlerod is a separate character connected to the conspiracy. These names are often confused because all belong to the film’s spy storyline.
