What is the name of the recurring sketch featuring Wayne and Garth?

The recurring SNL sketch featuring Wayne and Garth is “Wayne’s World.” It follows Wayne Campbell and Garth Algar, two enthusiastic heavy-metal fans who host a public-access television show from Wayne’s parents’ basement in Aurora, Illinois.

Mike Myers created Wayne, while Dana Carvey developed Garth partly from his own brother. The characters first appeared in an earlier Toronto television segment before becoming a recurring Saturday Night Live feature from 1989 to 1994. Their catchphrases included “Party on!” and “Excellent!”

The sketch became so popular that it was adapted into Wayne’s World (1992), starring Myers and Carvey, followed by Wayne’s World 2 in 1993. A common mix-up is confusing the sketch with The Blues Brothers, another SNL success that centered on musical characters but featured Jake and Elwood Blues rather than Wayne and Garth.
