What is the name of the Pokémon League location in Pokémon Red and Blue?

The Pokémon League location in Pokémon Red and Blue is Indigo Plateau.

Indigo Plateau is the final destination for Trainers who have earned all eight Kanto Gym Badges. It contains the Elite Four and the Pokémon Champion, making it the decisive test at the end of the main story. Players must defeat the Elite Four consecutively before facing the Champion.

Reaching the plateau requires traveling through Victory Road, a challenging route filled with wild Pokémon, item puzzles, and Trainer battles. Victory Road is the route leading to the League, not the League headquarters itself. Saffron City, meanwhile, is home to the Fighting Dojo and the Silph Company.

The name can be confused with the Indigo League, the first season of the Pokémon anime. In the games, Indigo Plateau is the physical location where the Kanto Pokémon League’s final battles occur. Later Pokémon games use different League locations and regional terminology.
