What is the name of the main rival racer in Pixar's Cars 3?

Jackson Storm is the main rival racer in Pixar's Cars 3.

Storm represents a new generation of highly engineered racers. He is faster and more technologically advanced than many veteran competitors, and his success threatens Lightning McQueen's place in the Piston Cup racing world.

The character is voiced by Armie Hammer. His dark, angular design contrasts with Lightning's familiar rounded shape and bright red paint. Storm's confidence and dismissive attitude create the central competitive pressure of the film.

Francesco Bernoulli is Lightning's principal rival in Cars 2, while Chick Hicks is the major antagonist of the first Cars film. Cal Weathers appears as a veteran racer in Cars 3, but he is not the film's principal rival.
