The ice cream shop selling the giant Popsicle in Zootopia is Jumbeaux’s Café.
Jumbeaux’s is an ice cream parlor associated with larger animals, and its name is a pun on “jumbo,” fitting the oversized treats it sells. Early in the film, Nick Wilde brings Finnick—disguised as a baby elephant—to the shop to buy a giant ice pop.
Judy Hopps notices that some employees are not wearing the required trunk gloves while handling food. She uses that health-code violation to pressure the shop into selling the treat, allowing Nick and Finnick to leave with the enormous Popsicle.
The scene also reveals Nick’s scheme: he and Finnick melt the large pop into many smaller Pawpsicles, which they sell for profit. The shop is sometimes called simply Jumbeaux’s, but “Jumbeaux’s Café” is the fuller name. It should not be confused with the similarly worded wrong option, Jumbo’s.
