The female lead playable character in Assassin's Creed Syndicate is Evie Frye.
Evie is an Assassin operating in London during the Industrial Revolution. She shares the main campaign with her twin brother, Jacob Frye, and is distinguished by her emphasis on stealth, investigation, and finding the Pieces of Eden sought by the Templars.
The siblings arrive in London in 1868 and work to undermine Templar control over the city's criminal and political networks. Although both characters can be played in much of the campaign, certain missions are designed specifically for Evie or Jacob.
Evie is not Elise de la Serre, who is a major character in Assassin's Creed Unity. Shao Jun is associated with China and Chronicles, while Aveline de Grandpré is the protagonist of Assassin's Creed III: Liberation.
