The female guitarist character in Guitar Hero World Tour is Judy Nails.
Judy Nails is a fictional alternative-rock guitarist and one of the recurring characters in the Guitar Hero series. She first became recognizable in Guitar Hero II and returned in later installments, including World Tour. Her visual design—dark clothing, dramatic makeup, and a rebellious stage persona—fits the series’ exaggerated cartoon-rock style.
World Tour expanded the series beyond solo guitar by adding drums, bass, and vocals, while also allowing players to create custom rockers. Even with those new options, established characters such as Judy Nails remained part of the game’s recognizable roster. Players could customize their clothing and accessories, though the original characters were not as freely editable as created avatars.
The distractors are real female rock musicians, which makes the question easy to misread. Suzi Quatro, Lita Ford, and Joan Jett are influential performers, but none is the fictional female guitarist being identified here. Judy Nails is a Guitar Hero character, not a licensed musician appearing as herself.
