What is the name of the comic book store owned by Stuart?

The name of Stuart’s comic book store is The Comic Center, formally known as The Comic Center of Pasadena.

The shop is a recurring setting in The Big Bang Theory, where Sheldon, Leonard, Howard and Raj regularly browse comics, collectibles and related merchandise. Stuart Bloom, played by Kevin Sussman, owns and operates it. The store is often simply called “the comic book store” in dialogue, making the shorter answer fair.

The shop first appears when Penny visits to buy a comic for her nephew. It later hosts events including a Mystic Warlords of Ka’a tournament and a Stan Lee signing. Stuart’s financial struggles are a continuing joke, and he sometimes lives in the store.

A common mix-up is confusing the store’s name with fictional comic publishers or generic labels. The “of Pasadena” wording is the full sign name, while “The Comic Center” is the commonly used shortened form.
