The Cheers spin-off featuring Frasier Crane is Frasier.
Frasier Crane, played by Kelsey Grammer, first appeared on Cheers in 1984 as Diane Chambers's psychiatrist and romantic partner. The character was initially intended to appear in only a few episodes, but Grammer's performance proved popular, leading Frasier to become a regular member of the Cheers ensemble.
When Cheers ended in 1993, Frasier moved from Boston back to his native Seattle. The spin-off followed his work as a radio psychiatrist at KACL, along with his relationships with his father Martin, brother Niles, producer Roz Doyle, and live-in physical therapist Daphne Moon. This change of setting helped the new series develop its own identity rather than simply recreate Cheers.
A common mix-up is The Tortellis, which was the first Cheers spin-off and centered on Carla Tortelli's ex-husband Nick. Frasier was the most successful Cheers spin-off, running for 11 seasons from 1993 to 2004, and it later received a revival series.
