What is the name of Beyoncé’s 2023 concert film?

Beyoncé’s 2023 concert film is titled Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé. It documents the Renaissance World Tour, which supported her 2022 studio album Renaissance, and was released theatrically on December 1, 2023.

Beyoncé directed and produced the film, which combines concert footage with behind-the-scenes material and personal moments connected with the tour. The concert portion presents songs from Renaissance alongside selections from her wider catalog. The film was distributed through a partnership involving Beyoncé’s Parkwood Entertainment and AMC Theatres.

Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé is distinct from Homecoming: A Film by Beyoncé, the 2019 documentary about her 2018 Coachella performances. It is also not the same as Black Is King, the 2020 visual album film connected with The Lion King: The Gift. The title directly identifies the tour era it chronicles.
