What is the name of Amazon's smart display device?

Amazon’s smart display device is called the Echo Show. It combines the Alexa voice assistant and smart-speaker functions of the Echo line with a touchscreen that can show information, play video, and support visual communication.

Amazon unveiled the first Echo Show on May 9, 2017, and released it in the United States on June 28 that year. The first-generation model had a seven-inch touchscreen, two two-inch speakers, and a five-megapixel front camera. Users could ask Alexa questions, watch compatible video, view smart-home camera feeds, and make video calls.

The name is easy to confuse with other Echo products. Echo Dot is a compact speaker without the original Show’s display, Echo Plus emphasized smart-home connectivity, and Echo Spot used a much smaller circular screen. Later Echo Show models expanded the range, including the Echo Show 5, 8, 10, 15, and 21.
