What is Starbucks’ official loyalty program called?

Starbucks’ official loyalty program is called Starbucks Rewards.

The program lets participating customers earn rewards through qualifying purchases and use benefits connected with their Starbucks account. It operates through Starbucks’ digital ecosystem, including the mobile app and registered payment methods.

Starbucks previously operated a program known as My Starbucks Rewards before changing the name to Starbucks Rewards. That earlier name is a common reason people give an outdated answer to this question.

The loyalty program is separate from Starbucks’ broader mobile-ordering technology, although the two are closely connected in the app. Rewards names and benefit rules can change over time, but Starbucks Rewards is the official program name used by the company.
