Chandler's last name on the TV show "Friends" is Bing.
Chandler Muriel Bing is one of the sitcom's six central characters, played by Matthew Perry. His full name is revealed through character references and supporting details, but the surname Bing is the one consistently used throughout the series. He is introduced in the 1994 pilot as Monica Geller's neighbor and Ross Geller's college friend.
Chandler's surname also connects him to his complicated family history. His mother, Nora Tyler Bing, is a romance novelist, while his father, Charles Bing, performs in a Las Vegas drag show under the name Helena Handbasket. Chandler later marries Monica and becomes the adoptive father of twins, Jack and Erica.
A common mix-up is confusing Chandler's surname with those of the other main characters: Ross is Geller, Joey is Tribbiani, and Rachel is Green. Bing is also the surname Chandler shares with his children.
