“Rein Me In” received a Gold certification in the United States.
The certification was awarded by the Recording Industry Association of America, commonly known as the RIAA. In the United States, a Gold single represents 500,000 certified units, calculated through eligible sales and streaming activity under the association’s rules.
The certification recognizes the Sam Fender and Olivia Dean duet released in 2025. It should not be confused with the song’s higher certifications in other markets: the track also earned multi-platinum awards in countries including Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Certification levels are territory-specific, so a song can be Gold in the United States while holding Platinum or multi-Platinum status elsewhere. Gold also does not mean the song sold exactly 500,000 physical copies; modern RIAA single awards combine paid sales and equivalent streams.
