Camp Rock 3 was released on Disney+ the day after its Disney Channel premiere.
The film first debuted on Disney Channel on August 13, 2026. It then became available on Disney+ on August 14, giving viewers two release routes: a scheduled television premiere and a next-day streaming release.
This distribution pattern reflects the way many Disney branded films reach audiences in the 2020s. Disney Channel provides a traditional broadcast event, while Disney+ offers on-demand access for viewers who prefer streaming. The two dates are close together, but they are not the same.
A common mix-up is to identify Disney Channel as the streaming service. Disney Channel is the television network that hosted the premiere; Disney+ is the subscription streaming platform that carried the film afterward. Camp Rock 3 was promoted for both services from its announcement, rather than being limited to only one platform.
