On "Seinfeld", what was the name of the muffin bakery Mr. Lippman opened?

The story behind the answer

On Seinfeld, Mr. Lippman opened a muffin bakery called Top Of The Muffin To You!

The business appears in “The Muffin Tops,” the 21st episode of Season 8. Elaine gets the idea after eating only the top of a muffin and telling Lippman that someone should open a shop selling just those prized, crisp pieces. Lippman turns the suggestion into a business and gives it an intentionally cheerful name modeled on the greeting “Top of the morning to you.”

The plan quickly develops a practical problem: muffins cannot be baked as tops alone. Elaine’s solution is to bake full muffins, remove the tops, and deal with the leftover stumps separately. The shop’s inventory problem becomes even stranger when a homeless shelter refuses to accept the unwanted bottoms, leading Lippman to recruit Newman as a “stump” eater.

The exclamation point is part of the joke. Elaine wants Lippman to remove it, but he insists that it belongs in the name. That punctuation is why the full canonical answer is usually given as “Top Of The Muffin To You!”
