In which season was the map Olympus introduced?

Olympus was introduced in Season 7 of Apex Legends, a season titled Ascension. The season launched on November 4, 2020, and added Olympus as a new battle royale map alongside the Legend Horizon and the Trident vehicle.

Olympus is presented as a futuristic floating city in the Outlands. Its wide-open spaces, elevated platforms, artificial gardens, and large research facilities gave matches a very different feel from the rugged Kings Canyon and volcanic World's Edge. The map also featured Tridents, which allowed an entire squad to travel rapidly across its broad terrain.

Players sometimes confuse Olympus with Storm Point, which was added in Season 11, or with the Season 9 Arenas mode. Olympus was not merely a map update: it was a brand-new main battle royale map and one of the defining additions of Season 7. The season also marked Apex Legends’ arrival on Steam.
