In which Eras Tour section did Taylor Swift perform “august”?

Taylor Swift performed “august” in the Folklore act of the Eras Tour. The song was included in the tour’s Folklore section during the 2023–2024 concerts.

The staging matched Folklore’s rustic, cottagecore-inspired visual world. Swift performed the song while wearing a frilly gown, and the arrangement appeared alongside other selections from the album. This placement connected the track to the era that created its fictional characters and late-summer atmosphere.

The song’s appearance in the Folklore act is separate from its Grammy performance. At the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards, Swift sang “august” in a medley with “Cardigan” and “Willow.” On the Eras Tour, it functioned as part of a broader album-era segment rather than an awards-show medley.
