Jacobs Field was located in Ohio, in downtown Cleveland.

The baseball stadium opened in 1994 as the home of Major League Baseball's Cleveland Indians, the franchise now known as the Cleveland Guardians. Its address is in Cleveland, Ohio, and it formed part of the Gateway Sports and Entertainment Complex alongside the city's basketball arena. The ballpark replaced Cleveland Stadium, which had previously been shared by the Indians and the NFL's Cleveland Browns.

Jacobs Field was named for Richard and David Jacobs, the brothers who owned the Indians when the stadium was built. Fans quickly gave it the nickname "The Jake." In 2008, the naming rights were sold to Progressive Corporation, and the venue became Progressive Field, although many longtime fans still use its former name.

The stadium hosted its first official game on April 4, 1994. Cleveland defeated the Seattle Mariners 4–3 in 11 innings, with President Bill Clinton throwing the ceremonial first pitch. Thus, Ohio is the canonical state answer; Cleveland is the more specific city answer.
