In 'The Pen,' what type of pen does Jack Klompus give Jerry?

Jerry admires the unusual pen while visiting his parents in Florida, and Jack Klompus aggressively insists that Jerry take it. Jerry initially refuses out of politeness, but accepts the gift. Gossip spreads through the retirement community, however, and Jerry later returns the pen after people accuse him of taking advantage of Jack.

The pen is more than a novelty prop: it drives the episode's conflict between Jerry's parents and Jack. Morty Seinfeld becomes furious over Jack's penny-pinching behavior and his treatment of Jerry, leading to a confrontation at the condo ceremony.
