In the 2019 science-fiction television series Pandora, which actress played the lead character Jax?

In the 2019 science-fiction television series Pandora, Priscilla Quintana played the lead character Jax. The American series premiered on The CW and follows Jax, a young woman whose identity and unusual abilities become central to a larger space-based conflict.

Pandora is set in a future involving interstellar travel, military power, alien life, and political intrigue. Jax studies at a space academy while uncovering information about herself and the forces pursuing her. The series uses the mythological title as a science-fiction reference rather than adapting the Greek story directly.

Priscilla Quintana led the cast across the show’s two seasons. The first season aired in 2019, and the second season followed in 2020. The program was produced as an original drama for The CW rather than as a film adaptation.

This title is easy to mix up with Pandora’s Box, the mythological expression and several films. The television series is specifically titled Pandora and centers on the character Jax.
