In Pokémon Sword and Shield, how many turns does Dynamaxing normally last?

The story behind the answer

In Pokémon Sword and Shield, Dynamaxing normally lasts for three turns.

Dynamaxing temporarily makes a Pokémon enormous during battle, increases its HP, and changes its attacks into powerful Max Moves. The transformation is a major battle feature of the Galar-region games.

A related mechanic, Gigantamaxing, also lasts three turns but is limited to certain Pokémon and changes their appearance. Some Gigantamax forms replace a Pokémon’s special Max Move with an exclusive G-Max Move.

Sword and Shield also use Dynamax in cooperative Max Raid Battles. Up to four players can work together against a Dynamaxed or Gigantamaxed opponent, and a successful team may receive an opportunity to catch it.
