In Pixar's Cars, the Porsche-based character who becomes Lightning McQueen's girlfriend is Sally Carrera.
Sally is a blue 2002 Porsche 911 Carrera and the town attorney of Radiator Springs. She left a successful legal career in California before settling in the town, where she helped restore the Cozy Cone Motel and became involved in preserving Route 66. Her knowledge of the town's history helps Lightning understand the community he initially dismisses.
The surname Carrera is especially appropriate because “Carrera” is associated with Porsche's sports-car naming. Sally is sometimes confused with Flo, another well-known female car in Radiator Springs, but Flo owns Flo's V8 Café and is a different model and character. Bonnie Hunt voices Sally in the Cars films.
