In Pixar's Cars 2, what is the name of the villainous oil magnate?

Sir Miles Axlerod is the villainous oil magnate in Pixar's Cars 2.

Axlerod is introduced as a former oil baron who claims to have converted himself into the world's first all-electric car. He sponsors the World Grand Prix, an international race intended to promote Allinol, a supposedly clean alternative fuel. His public image presents him as an environmental reformer.

The film later reveals that Axlerod is secretly controlling the lemons, a group of defective or outdated cars. He uses weapons triggered by Allinol to make the fuel appear dangerous, protecting the economic interests of oil-dependent cars and humiliating the World Grand Prix.

Cars 2 shifts the series toward an international spy adventure, with Mater accidentally becoming involved in the investigation alongside Finn McMissile and Holley Shiftwell.
