“Help Me” is the season 6 finale of House M.D., centered on a building collapse.
The episode aired on May 17, 2010, and follows House and his team as they respond to a disaster in which a woman is trapped beneath rubble. House becomes closely involved in the rescue and must make an agonizing medical decision when the patient’s leg is severely injured.
“Help Me” was written by David Shore and directed by David Straiton. Its disaster setting differs from the show’s usual hospital-based mystery structure, but the episode still focuses on diagnosis, triage, uncertainty, and the consequences of treatment choices.
The title is easy to confuse with “Broken,” the season 6 premiere, which follows House in psychiatric care, or “Bombshells,” the season 7 finale. “Help Me” specifically concludes the sixth season and features the collapse rescue storyline.
