In House M.D., what is the name of House's motorcycle-riding private investigator?

In House M.D., House's motorcycle-riding private investigator is Lucas Douglas.

Lucas is introduced in the fifth season after House hires him to investigate people connected to a case. He gradually becomes a recurring character and is portrayed as an unusually persistent, observant investigator whose methods sometimes resemble House's own unconventional approach.

Lucas is played by Michael Weston. His motorcycle-riding image and private-investigator occupation distinguish him from the physicians at Princeton-Plainsboro. He also becomes involved in House's personal and professional schemes, particularly when House wants information that hospital staff cannot easily obtain.

Lucas is sometimes confused with Michael Tritter, the police detective whose conflict with House drives a fifth-season storyline. Tritter is an antagonist investigating House's conduct, whereas Lucas is a private investigator hired by House.
