In God of War Ragnarök, Gná becomes the new Valkyrie Queen after Sigrún.
Gná is an optional endgame boss who serves Odin and takes the title of Valkyrie Queen. Her appearance reflects the continuing political and military conflict among the gods and warriors of the Nine Realms. Defeating her is not required to complete the main story.
Sigrún held the Valkyrie Queen title in God of War (2018), where she was the most demanding Valkyrie encounter. Ragnarök introduces Gná as a new challenger rather than simply repeating Sigrún's role.
The name is sometimes written without the accent as Gna, but Gná is the standard spelling used for the character. Freya is also a former Valkyrie and an important character, but she does not become the game's new Valkyrie Queen.
