In God of War III, which Titan helps Kratos climb Mount Olympus?

The story behind the answer

In God of War III, Gaia helps Kratos climb Mount Olympus. She is the primordial Earth figure and leader of the Titans opposing the Olympian gods.

The game opens during the Titans' assault on Olympus. Gaia carries Kratos toward the summit, allowing him to participate in the attack on Zeus and the other gods. Her alliance with Kratos is initially based on their shared goal of overthrowing Olympus, although the relationship later becomes hostile.

God of War III also features other Titans, including Cronos and Atlas. Cronos is the enormous Titan who carries Pandora's Temple across the desert, while Atlas is connected to the world-bearing punishment shown in the series. Those characters are important to the Greek storyline, but Gaia is the Titan who directly supports Kratos's ascent at the beginning of the third game.
